Expose thumb and converted file sizes in DocumentMetadata

Adds thumbFileSize, convertedFileSize, and convertedThumbFileSize to the DocumentMetadata DTO and populates them in convertToMetadata() from the ImgDat and its convertedDat, enabling the frontend to show a full storage breakdown tooltip on the doc manager Size cell.
