Extend JWT expiry from 5 minutes to 24 hours

Prosody re-validates the JWT when new participants join or conference state changes. With a 5-minute expiry, the presenter's JWT expired mid-meeting causing "Unfortunately, something went wrong" and a reconnection loop. The JWT is already single-use (consumed during XMPP auth) so a longer expiry is safe.
