Fix untyped recipient inputs and match Subject field styling

- Fixed drag handler blocking input focus by skipping preventDefault when clicking on INPUT elements or buttons - Rewired RecipientField from Tailwind classes to inline styles via a new `styles` prop, ensuring To/CC/BCC match the Subject field exactly (same font size, border, border-radius, padding, label size) - Scale all 4 fields up in maximized mode (fontSize 14, larger padding and label width) for better use of available space
