- TestModeBanner publishes its height to --kamolos-banner-h and globals.css subtracts it from min-h-screen so the home view no longer overflows the viewport by the banner's pixels. - Banner gains a sliding amber shimmer + slow shadow pulse so it reads as an active warning, mirroring the marketing preview bar. - New CookieConsentBanner (Accept All / Manage with analytics toggle), reskinned from the marketing version to use the dark aurora surface + per-tenant --org-primary / --org-gradient.
