Amazon's account linking refuses Let's Encrypt, so login.kamouniverse.com alone moves to a gts-prod ClusterIssuer (ACME with External Account Binding); every other host keeps letsencrypt-prod. The EAB key id is a placeholder until operator step B1: this commit is not pushed to main before then.
