Hide the balance controls that free-for-all cannot use

Credit Balance, Daily Allotment and Max Balance all act on a granted balance, and an FFA product has none — acceptance there mints and spends its own credit. Leaving them editable invited a manager to set numbers that could never bind. They now render as a muted chip with a tooltip saying so. Max Daily Spend stays editable and is the real lever over an FFA product: the backend now counts an FFA acceptance as a spend, so the cap applies there too.
