The method rebuilds UpdateQuoteRequest positionally, so a field added to that record and forgotten here is dropped from every save by a member without EDIT_QUOTE_TERMS — silently, at HTTP 200, with the editor re-rendering the stored blank as though the member had cleared it. setupFee hit exactly that. The test walks the record's components by reflection rather than naming them, so a component added tomorrow is covered without anyone remembering to come back here. Verified by reintroducing the bug: it fails with 'setupFee was dropped'.
