Include SUPPORT_TICKET sessions in unread membership query

findChatMembershipsByMemberId now returns memberships for both CHAT and SUPPORT_TICKET session types, so the existing per-member unread-count infrastructure (getUnreadCountsByMember, /topic/chat/unread/{memberId} broadcasts, GET **************** automatically covers support tickets too. Lets agents see per-ticket new-message indicators in the ticket list and a combined total unread badge in the navtop.
