Indent heredoc bodies so the startup.sh configmap is valid YAML

The startup.sh block scalar embedded 5 shell heredocs (rtp.conf, http.conf, an SQL block, WebRTC endpoints, freepbx.conf) whose bodies sat at column 0 — less indented than the block scalar, so YAML ended the scalar at the first body line ('could not find expected ':'' at line 129). Every deploy that reached this apply failed. Indent each heredoc body +4 (YAML strips the block indent back off, so the written config files are byte-identical). Verified: yaml.safe_load parses and the heredoc bodies land at col 0.
