Sidecar fetches OrgMeetConfig from backend and maps all settings: - Audio/video mute defaults - Lobby/waiting room mode - Guest access and display name requirements - E2E encryption - Recording enable/disable - Max participants enforcement with notification - Max duration enforcement with countdown warnings - Virtual backgrounds injected via dynamic branding - Welcome message on prejoin screen - Logo variant selection Config is cached for 60s to avoid backend pressure.
