Every send and reminder minted a new view-online token and replaced the old one, so the link in the first email Harmony received read "no longer available" once a reminder had gone out. Every link sent is now recorded (new table **************** hashes only) and stays valid until the invoice is voided. INV-2026-0002 was sent five days after its due date. The job marked it overdue and emailed a reminder within the hour. Now: - sending a late invoice moves its due date to the send date plus the market's terms; - overdue is judged against that; - a reminder never follows the invoice (or the previous reminder) within seven days.
