Validation returns what the columns will hold (ruling SP03-T5): role refs as UUID.toString(), member/note/market ids as plain longs, at most 4 decimal places for NUMERIC(18,4), package_ref within VARCHAR(300), and strict HH:mm so 24:00 is refused rather than read as midnight.
