smtpd_milters = { **************** default_action=tempfail }, then rspamd unchanged. Harmful attachments are replaced by a small placeholder part and the message is still delivered; if the filter cannot be reached the sender gets a 4xx and retries. non_smtpd_milters and submission (587) keep rspamd only; postfix-bulk untouched. Milter verified live before this push (milter-protocol client in cluster: test file replaced with the placeholder, clean CSV kept, forged marker stripped).
