The brand moved from kamocrm.com to kamouniverse.com, but nothing the platform generates could follow it. Every "which of this org's domains" rule ranked by fewest labels then alphabetical, so the platform organization, which holds both apexes as verified roots, always came out as kamocrm.com. Changing the domain on /setup/dns therefore never took. PlatformDomains is now the one list: PRIMARY_APEX kamouniverse.com, LEGACY_APEX kamocrm.com, and ROOT_PREFERENCE, which ranks the primary apex first. OrgApiHosts, OrgThemeAssets and SecurityService OrgDomains share that rule. **************** the host a link falls back to for an org without a live domain of its own, is the primary apex. OrgApiHosts.PLATFORM_API_HOST deliberately stays api.kamocrm.com. The platform's OAuth apps are registered there in Google's, Microsoft's and RingCentral's consoles. Moving it needs those consoles changed first.
