RingCentralMemberOAuthService had its own hasConnection and connectedExtensionNumber, and both answered only for the sign-in half. A member can hold either credential, so a caller reaching for those would have read a member with a pasted JWT as not connected. Removed, with a note saying why: **************** is the one place that sees both.
