The Source / Console / Tone pod was the Stage's stacked one, and stacked it is taller than the 100px avatar it sits beside — so it, not the identity block, set the height of the header band and stretched the wallpaper well past what it needs. MediaChrome takes a `layout` prop instead: 'stack' stays the default so the editor Stage is untouched, 'row' puts the three groups side by side with their labels on one line, wrapping rather than forcing the host wider. The header also drops the "My Wallpapers" shortcut into that same row rather than sitting it above, and asks for icon-only segments below 1536px instead of 1200px — laid out beside the name block, the chrome runs out of width sooner than the Stage's corner does. The group labels stay in compact mode, so nothing becomes unlabelled. The band is now governed by the avatar again.
