The hosted chat widget (1.3.1) can take spoken questions and read its answers aloud. Two things stood between it and www.kamocrm.com: - Permissions-Policy said microphone=(), which denies the mic to every frame including this document, where <kamo-chat> runs; the widget detects that and hides its mic button entirely. It is now microphone=(self): this origin only, embedded third-party frames stay blocked, and the browser still asks the visitor before any audio is captured. - The embed now passes voice="hands-free" (mic in the composer, a hands-free conversation toggle and read-aloud), plus the page's locale, so a visitor on /es is listened to and answered in Spanish rather than in the org default.
