Replaces the Coming-Soon placeholder for the liabilities route. Section 2c liabilities track unpaid balance, monthly payment, months remaining, and the three URLA disposition flags (paid at closing, paid prior, omitted) as separate toggles; omitted rows dim themselves. Section 2d other monthly expenses share the same borrower chip and totals strip (outstanding debt, monthly debt service, monthly expenses, combined monthly out).
