The Percent/Amount and One-time/Recurring toggles rendered at MUI's default toggle height while the member picker and the share amount beside them come out at 40px, so four of the six controls on every split row sat short against the other two. Pins both groups to the 40px small-input height rather than padding them toward it, so the alignment holds whatever the labels translate to, and centres the row now that everything on it matches — which also settles the remove button that was being nudged down by hand.
