"list…", "show…", "give me…" and "pull up…" are orders too, and a run with no order says why in the log

Live check in sp00verify (2026-10-15): a peer's "Nell, list the open tasks assigned to you and tell me how many there are." verified as their request (author, addressee, recency, the run's wake, no outside content), but DirectOrder knew no "list", so nothing was lent and Nell said she lacked the access. The verbs that ask for an answer from records (list, show, count, give, provide, compile, report, research, analyse, compare…) and common phrasal orders (pull up, look into, set up, clean up, take care of, reach out, handle, contact, ask, confirm, verify) now count. "Can you see…", "Do you have the list?" stay questions. The [ORDER] line names how many rights were lent instead of each one, and a run with no order logs why (none, the refusal's kind, or words that ask for nothing), never the words. Tests: DirectOrderTest (+7 orders, +2 questions), ToolCallPipelineOrderTest: 15 green.
