List the phone number on the English pages only

showsPhone(locale) in app/lib/phone.ts is the single rule, currently locale === "en". PhoneLink returns nothing elsewhere, which covers the header, mobile menu and footer, where the number stands alone. PhoneOnly wraps the placements that carry more than the number — the contact card, and the "Give us a call:" lead-ins on the home CTA strip, the Enterprise pricing card and the demo page — so their words and spacing go with it. The Organization JSON-LD adds telephone to the org and its ContactPoints on the same condition, so no other locale's markup claims the number.
