8 tests over LoanTransactionService: live projection fills name/NMLS/subject-state license + org and marks LIVE; stale hand-entry is cleared when no LO is assigned; a frozen row is not re-projected; freeze captures the projection + stamps frozenAt/frozenState; freeze is idempotent (already-frozen / no row); assignLoanOfficer sets the deal assignment and fails closed cross-org. Verified: mvn clean test — 8/8 green.
