- Changed JetStream injection to Optional with @Autowired(required=false) to handle bean ordering issues - Removed @ConditionalOnBean to allow service creation even if JetStream isn't ready yet - Added runtime checks in publish, publishSync, and subscribe methods - This fixes NATS message delivery not working due to bean creation timing
