Make timer update every second and add 'ago' suffix to elapsed time

- Timer now updates EVERY SECOND regardless of age (truly live) - calculateTimeAgo() uses currentTime state for real-time calculation - Added ' ago' suffix to all elapsed time formats (1M 18S ago, 27D 4H ago) - Increased minWidth for tooltip badge to accommodate ' ago' - Simplified interval logic - always 1 second for consistency - Now you'll see seconds ticking up live!
