A platform right for the outbound e-mail hosts campaign mail leaves through: the hosts shared with every organization and the ones kept for the platform organization, their credentials, availability and warm-ups. Enforced by EmailService's PlatformOutboundHostsController through PlatformRightsResolver. Appended, so no existing right is renumbered.
