Detail drawer gains a 'Public links' panel (ShareLinkManager): create a durable link with an optional label and expiry (1h/1d/7d/30d/never), copy it, see its view count, and revoke it. Backed by the new MediaService registry endpoints via /api/materials/links proxies. The one-shot quick-copy link stays for fast social/email sharing.
