Market-aware POS tabs, pipeline tab fix, settings nav cleanup

Pipeline: Remove engagement-type fallback tabs, show empty state when no markets configured. Markets are now the sole source of pipeline tabs. Settings: Rename "Engagement Types" to "Markets & Fields" on settings page card and "Market Management" in slide-out menu. POS tabs: Add market filter dropdown, Market column, and market selector in create/edit dialogs to Product Catalog, Inventory Stock, Rental Assets, Vendors, and Subscription Plans tabs. Update posApi.ts with marketId parameter support on all getter and create methods.
