sip-probe.py required the literal string "200 OK". 2600Hz's Kamailio config answers OPTIONS with "200 Rawr!!", so the probe reported a healthy, correctly configured server as FAIL. A test that is wrong about SUCCESS costs as much as a real fault — this one sent me looking at NAT and firewall rules that were fine. Adds sip-register.py, which does a full digest REGISTER. It reads past provisional responses: Kamailio answers "100 checking your credentials" while it queries Kazoo over AMQP, so stopping at the first datagram misses the real result.
