25 new SI tools, each checked by the same rights at the gateway and at the owning service: - meetings_history, meetings_get, meetings_get_transcript (MEETING, pre-checked), meetings_set_summary (the transcript's author only; told to the meeting's people), meetings_add_si (only on a teammate's request; MediaService lets an SI place SIs only in a meeting it is in), meetings_remove_si, meetings_set_confidential. VIEW_MEETINGS + participant, as MediaService checks. - calendar_rsvp (the organiser is emailed: SCHEDULE_EXTERNAL_MEETING when outside), calendar_accept_mail_invite (applies a follow-up, else adds; answers no one), calendar_list_calendars, calendar_events_for_record, calendar_check_conflicts; calendarId on calendar_create_event (the organization calendar reaches everyone). - presence_get, presence_set_status (shown to the organization). - notifications_dismiss, notifications_snooze, notifications_preferences; the kind filter offers the IoT and RPM kinds (fixes NotificationsPackTest / KnowledgeAndPeoplePacksTest on origin/main). - webinars_list, webinars_options, webinars_book, webinars_leave, webinars_availability, webinars_set_availability (own hours), webinars_cancel, webinars_add_attendees (presenter).
