Owner, 2026-10-14: SIs asked to join a meeting answered that they could not "join by phone" because "there's no dial-in", and asked for a room with dial-in enabled. The tool was titled "Join a meeting by phone" and described as "Join a Kamo Meet meeting by phone (dial-in)", the deferred-tool catalogue showed that title, and the approval summary read "Join meeting <ref> by phone". Luna (crm) runs c4f7284c and 27e26b1f passed the room's link as meetingRef, which kamoai-service could not read and answered NO_DIAL_IN (fixed there, kamoai-service 72f849f). - Title "Join a meeting"; the description says it joins as a participant, chooses the way in itself (straight into the room, or the meeting's dial-in when that is the only way), never to ask how to join or for a dial-in, and that a refusal's message says why. - meetingRef takes the meeting as the SI was given it (link, room name or id; up to 512 characters) and is cut to the room or id it names before the plan and KM1 (at most 128), so the plan's summary, target and audience name the meeting, not a URL. - The result passes KM1's path (DIRECT or DIAL_IN); a refusal reaches the SI in KM1's own message. - The tools/list snapshots change for meetings_join only (title, description, meetingRef). Tests (RED: did not compile against origin/main; GREEN): CalendarAndMeetingsPackTest (wording, a link, every form of a ref, a refusal's message), ToolListParityTest, McpToolJsonTest, BasisArgumentTest, ToolVisibilityTest, DisclosingToolsCoverageTest, RegistryCompletenessTest, CollabToolsCoverageTest.
