DocsService sends member and reviewer photos as null, so every member on the review surfaces is drawn with MemberChipById (photo and name from the member card). Uploads over 30 MB are refused before they start; a HEIC photo the converter cannot read asks for JPG, PNG or PDF; a returned signed document says it will be signed again from the start (its envelope is reissued blank).
