The 7th MORTGAGE config tab: per-investor **************** authority rows with an approval-status chip. Add via an inline row (code + status + optional **************** remove via trash (hard delete server-side). configTypes InvestorView/InvestorRequest + the 3 enum arrays + label helpers; configApi **************** registered as tab 'investors' after licensing, before agreements.
