The asset page could not change an asset's market (the server supports it now) and turned every blank rate into 0, so "not offered by the hour" and "free by the hour" were the same thing. Rates are kept as typed text: blank leaves the rate alone, a number (0 included) sets it, anything negative or non-numeric is refused. With two or more rental markets the page offers a Market picker; saving moves the asset and returns to the new market's assets. Existing bookings are untouched.
