Move from BillingGroup to Account-based licenses

EntitlementService resolves member entitlements against AccountLicense records owned by the member's billing Account. The MemberEntitlements shape now exposes accountUid + accountDisplayName instead of the old **************** pair. EntitlementInvalidationListener now handles the ACCOUNT:{uid} payload emitted by BillingService (replacing the old GROUP:{uuid} form).
