Move the video controls to the top right

They sat bottom-left only because the frame used to bleed off the right edge of the viewport, which would have put a control anchored there off screen. The reel is centred in its column now, so that constraint is gone. Top right is also the one corner the chamfer leaves square — it cuts top-left and bottom-right — and it moves the buttons clear of the progress rail along the bottom edge.
