- Desktop: ScrollSpyNav now accepts baseHref prop; on sub-pages it navigates to /{hash} instead of trying to scroll to non-existent elements - Mobile: menu links prefixed with / when not on homepage via getNavHref() - Uses usePathname to detect current page
