For a member with Exec2Exec Access standing in the platform organization, the control now counts messages from clients they have not viewed (GET **************** and opens Interaction Center > Chats > Exec2Exec instead of their own conversation. Clients see no change. - interactionCenterIntent opens the panel at a tab and bucket. The bucket travels as a pending request the Chats pane honours when the Exec2Exec tab appears, since that tab joins the strip only after platform rights load and a fresh pane would otherwise land on its first tab for good. - The Exec2Exec directory rows badge customerUnreadCount, the same server count, so the badge and the rows it opens onto agree; a colleague's reply no longer badges a row. - useExec2ExecDeskUnread asks again when the desk's unread snapshot moves or the tab comes back, and keeps the last number on a failed ask.
