Platform-internal envelopes (mortgage disclosure/closing signing) are product, not the tenant's programmatic API usage: tagged MANUAL so completed signatures never count toward the metered overage. Same X-Internal-Auth + X-Org-Id authorization; optional X-Member-Id rides into createdBy.
