The softphone never places a call for the member (owner rule, 2026-10-13): - The lead header's Call work / Call personal now fill the dialpad and stop, like every phone number on the page — they used to auto-dial the lead. - The hex head's "Call member" does the same. - SoftphonePanel no longer has an autoDial ability at all, so no caller, stale window prop or replayed snapshot can dial on the member's behalf. The per-request scoping in openInStore and the snapshot's ephemeral-prop strip stay as a second lock. Tests that were red on a clean install of main: - interactionCenterKeepsItsPlace: the Chats tab gained ChatOversightLinks (9cf630c74), which calls useRouter; the test mounts no router. Stubbed like the tab's other panes — it has its own test. - commerceBackHref and oneScrollbar: their whole-app source scans take ~0.5s alone and passed 5s under a full-suite load, failing on TIMEOUT. Sized like eventCatalog's scan (60s). - check-server-timestamps flagged MemoryCorrectDialog's Date.parse (230ee7d0c); the value already carries its offset, so serverEpochMillis gives the same instant and satisfies the guard.
