Nothing in the mail namespace reaches the session store

rspamd now keeps its data in its own Redis, so the platform Redis drops its mail_rspamd user and admits only the kamo namespace; rspamd's ConfigMap drops the key that pointed at the platform Redis. SECRETS.md says where each login lives now, and that the kamo_ops hash is on both servers (SP98-M-1, stage 3 of 3). Ship it only once rspamd has run cleanly on its own Redis; the live user goes with ACL DELUSER, since this file is read only at start.
