Approval follow-up 2026-10-21 (controller review of the approvals pane). - The headline draws every phone number and email address the card names (card.contacts) as <PhoneNumber>/<EmailAddress>; in the list, where the headline is the row's button, they sit beside it, never nested. - A record the reader is not shown reads in plain words in their language (approvalCard.unseen + kindA); a translation older than the phrase falls back to the server's English rather than leave 'the task' dangling; record chips say why (cannot be opened / could not be looked up). - Labels a non-technical member understands, each with an explanation: Practice run (was Shadow), Already done, Someone asked for this, Sharing request, Contact rule; the SI badge explains itself (ApprovalTags). - Approve and always allow lists what the SI still cannot do on its own (the tool's rights needed in one case only, card.alwaysAllow.rightsWhen), with each missing right, and gives the ticked ones to someone who may.
