On a phone the date and its prev/today/next cluster share the toolbar without overlapping (SP98 T22)

Found live at 390px as the sp00verify owner: the app's rail leaves the toolbar about 280px, and the month title ran on under the prev/today/next cluster, so it read "October 2" (139px of text in an 82px box). The row now wraps: the cluster drops below the date, and on a phone a long week range wraps at 18px instead of running on. Desktop is unchanged. Checked in the harness at 310px (the phone less the rail), 390px and 1440px.
