One glow on the clock icon, not two around the button

The rule carried BOTH a radial-gradient and a box-shadow. The gradient filled its own box while the box-shadow painted a separate ring outside it — two concentric glows from a single rule, which is exactly how it looked. It also sat on the IconButton, so the outer ring traced the button's rounded rectangle and read as a highlight around the whole control rather than as the clock being lit. The class now sits on the icon wrapper with a circular gradient at a -7px inset: a ~32px halo hugging the 18px glyph, and nothing else. overflow stays pinned visible on the button — the halo still extends past the glyph, so a clipping ButtonBase would shave it and the control would look merely unstyled rather than broken. Verified in the compiled CSS rather than the source: border-radius 50%, one radial-gradient, zero box-shadow.
