The minutes are the SI's own note, on no participant's wall, and /notes?id= opened only ids on the reader's wall, so the button landed on the reader's own notes and opened nothing (SP97-T13d). - The meeting page's link names the author: /notes?id=<note>&member=<SI member>. - A deep-linked note that is not on the wall is fetched on its own: GET /api/notes/<id> first, then, when the link names an author, KBService's supervisor read GET **************** (new BFF route; VIEW_NOTES + SUPERVISE_AI_MEMBERS over that member, audited there). It opens read-only, without pin, favourite, sticky, version history or delete. - When neither read allows it, the page says so (components.notes.errors.open) instead of showing the wall as if nothing was linked.
