Our Master Note has no owner in RAG or in its label, even where the member backfill stamped one — the RAG upsert of an ORG master note carries no memberId and its NOTE label names no owner or participant, so RAG files its embedding under the editor and no member of another organization is its participant (KamoCollab CP11 Task 25)
