Cluster cell and hex adjacency are now derived from the cluster's largest member instead of the global scale, and follower MVs include a center-alignment offset so heads of different sizes share a clean honeycomb grid. Magnetic snap and the wiggle/circle/hold gather gesture both filter to clusters whose size bucket (small/medium/large) matches the dragged head, so the user can no longer accidentally merge heads of different sizes. The hexheads:size-changed and hexheads:scale-changed handlers now re-wire every follower in every cluster so a popover size pick re-springs the layout instead of leaving stale positions.
