- Ticket list shows a chat-bubble badge with the unread count next to ticket# whenever the session has messages newer than the agent's last viewed message. - Adds a 'New messages only' filter switch to the filter bar. - TicketChat now calls **************** on initial load and whenever an inbound message arrives, so the badge clears as the agent reads the conversation.
