kamoai-service now reads the conversation that woke an SI (its card's /?openChat= link) and searches the knowledge base for the message's words during PERCEIVE. The owner's DM read that way is a team chat among insiders, so the run is still not externally tainted and the request stands in for the approval; outside mail, an outside card or a calendar event still keep it for a person.
