- LeadImportPersistenceService: header normalize+SHA3 fingerprint (ordered/unordered), mapping/row JSON round-trips, persist run + non-success records, template detect (Jaccard) - LeadImportTemplateController: **************** CRUD + /detect (org-scoped) - LeadImportController: real paged GET history; POST persists the run + non-success rows and returns the real importId (fileName/templateId via query param); +GET /{id}/records and POST /{id}/reimport-failed; processImport refactored to emit per-row RowOutcomes (global row index, createdLeadUid) while keeping the Phase-0 correctness fixes
