Both switches move onto My Profile in the same shape as the password card: one card, an icon tile and help text per row, and a tinted inset that appears only when quiet hours are on. No header Edit button — the switches save themselves, debounced, exactly as the tab did. The card leads with where the mail goes, because that is the part members get wrong: notices are sent to the address on their USER account, which the card names, and never to the mailbox this organization assigned them — a mailbox they would have to sign in to read, which is the very thing the notice is telling them to do. SecurityService returns that address only to the member it belongs to, so the note falls back to an unnamed form if it is absent. TeamMembers only: the notifier serves internal chat and support tickets, which a plain Member does not work in. Self-only besides, since the preference route is me-scoped and on someone else's profile these switches would edit the admin's own quiet hours.
